Season 1: Tony was a pain in the ass here. He was one of Jack's nemesis, but in the later parts, he was great and much more helpful than before.



Season 2: Tony was under Mason's orders. Tony was a whole lot better. He was engaged with Michelle, a new 24 character who seems to have a difficult past.



Seson 3: WOW! Tony was shot in the neck! Apparently, he recovered but was less energetic. Once he was in the hospital, Michelle took his place as Head of CTU.



Season 4: He saved Jack and Audrey at the last second and interrogated Dina Araz, helped Jack fake his death, supported in a lot of things, so I see that he is very useful.



Season 5: USELESS.



So, I have to say carlos Bernard is great, and I am looking forward for his S7 return!

This guy related to the regular people out there. It wasn't just the good writing that made 24 a good show.. The good acting put it over the top and created a show that was not only exciting but somehow real. Tony had to compete with Jack and his MOCHO style. I like to see shows that create relationships that give you a sense of reality. You could tell that Jack and Tony had a good time acting out the parts that were given them. Tony's expressions got your attention. He made his part believable. Hope to see him on his own show.

I LOVE Carlos Bernard!!!!!!! He is an amazing actor and i think they should give him his own show!!!!!!!!!! His is sooooooooooo talented.......not to mention hot......well he is just amazing and i love him!!!!!!!!!!!! I really really really hope that they bring him back in season 7. He was an outstanding character, and i dont kno y that they killed him. When they killed him, they practically killed the show!!! I still watch 24, but its soooo different when Carlos isn't on it! Carlos Bernard is probably my favorite t.v character in HISTORY!!!!!!!!! i really hope they bring him back!!!!!!!!!! i love him!!!!!!!1

I only know Carlos from his work on 24 as Tony Almeida, but I think that his role on that show will single handedly be the role that is able to define his career. Carlos was everything that 24 needed, a character that we could fall in love with without having to be in the field with Jack Bauer. Carlos played his character well, portaying a leader and someone that everyone in a building could look to for guidance. By having someone like that on the show, it allowed for smoother episodes as any scene without Jack Bauer could have the other fan favorite in Tony Almeida. His on screen connection with the actress that plays Ackio as well as Keifer was outstanding. The eventual death of Tony on the show was devastating and I think it was one of the biggest mistakes the writers could have made. Either way, Tony was one of the best things that could have ever happened to 24 and I think his time on the show was well spent.

he's an amazing actor ..great acting abilities.. he's funny he's versatile (acting wise) .. he's soo charismatic his pictures are occupying most of my things ..cell phone wall paper , wallet picture, mp3 player background..etc ..i just feel happy when i look at his face..i don't know why but i do ..i loved 24 more because he was in it ..so i was completely pissed when they killed him off he played one of the best characters on the show, i heard that he originally casted for jack Bauer but didn't get it..i wonder why..he would've made a better jack than kiefer.. i really miss seeing him on tv..i hope he stars a new show soon ..

Even though his stay on 24 is over, Carlos Bernard has definitely left his impression on the show forever. Carlos portrayed one of the best characters that the show has ever seen, Tony Almeida.



After going back and watching the first season of 24 its hard to believe that his character would ever become so popular. This is definitely because of the talent of Carlos Bernard. He took a character that was pretty basic and somewhat annoying and transformed him into a fan favorite. He literally forced the fans to like Tony.



Carlos is definitely one of the best actors on television today.

Tony Almeida is propably the most loved character in 24. He just knows how to charm the public. His performance is outstanding and original. Can't see that he's hooked up in a new TV show right now, but he should be that pretty soon.

Cause talented and convincing actors like this can't be freezed out.

As awesome and totally entertaining as the show itself is, Carlos is one of the biggest reasons I watch the show religiously! He's unbelievably hot and I can't believe I only first saw him on 24! In my book, he's way hotter than the likes of Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, etc. I love how his character is strong and reliable yet vulnerable, and Carlos is the perfect actor to play such character! I love the way he looks and sounds! All in all, the hottest guy on TV!

Wow! Carlos bernard is frickin hot! Peoples top 50! oWWOWOWW! itss too bad michelle has to die because hes so hot around her! but hayy now hes free for me!hehe! although im really going to miss michelle but whatcha going to do! i want carlos bernard! haha

carlos bernard will always be tony almeida to me... it was in 24 that i first saw him and watched him bloom from the third man in-charge to becoming the most efficient ctu director as each season progresses... from the time that i started watching the show, i knew that he's my guy... i love his eyes, it expresses all the emotions he would deliberately not talk about... he's sexy in his own unique way, he's unconventionaly sweet, he talks softly yet sharp and principled, and he's undeniably gorgeous.



carlos bernard is a great actor, he deserves his own show or movie even... he's got great potentials and it's not gonna be long enough that he'll be noticed by many, like i just have...

I was really glad to see Carlos Bernard back in the 24 cast as Tony Almeda. He's such a great actor. I love the emotions he conveys. 24 had some unrealistic moments last year, but seeing Carlos act really helped me get back into it, and believe that those situations could actually happen in real life. Hope 24 goes on for a long while, and he stays in the cast!
