In addition to his numerous television appearances, including the recurring role of Derek Frye on All My Children that he began in 2005, Charles has also had roles in films like 3D, Mind the Gap and The Education of Charlie Banks, and even provided a voice-over for the 2005 videogame The Warriors. He has also been on the small stage in plays such as Messalina, Take Me Out, Intimate Apparel and Jitney.
