Tiffany Lane, known as Rap's Charlie Baltimore, started rapping in her home town of Philadelphia. She began to date the late great "Notorious B.I.G.". She says that Biggy gave her a lot of "hope" and knew she would full fill her career of being a female rapper. Balitmore, who got her stage name from Geena Davis's movie, "A Long Kiss Goodnight". Baltimore has worked with, Killah from Wu Tang Clan, Gangsters DJ Premier, Noreaga, Cam'ron & Mase.
