After playing some minor roles at movies and TV programs, Chris made his feature debut in the romantic comedy "Singles" in 1992, playing the role of "Campbell Scott's incarnation". While this film gave him some popularity in the cinema industry, he returned to TV with some guest star roles on "Murphy Brown", 1993. He also starred in the short-living CBS drama "The Road Home", in 1994.



Chris returned to the big screen, working in the movie "Beethoven's 2nd". However, he and his brother Danny Masterson were too similar and Chris lost the role. Anyways, Masterson



… More didn't give up and he had a pretty important role in the film "Cutthroat Island". He also worked in a not-too-popular film called "Sunchaser" in 1996. He also started to play a lot of guest star roles at different series. He also had a starring role in the failed pilot of "Youth in Revolt", where he met Jane Kaczmarek whom he work with some years later.



After playing some minor roles in less popular series, Christopher played a pretty important role in the hit film "My Best Friend's Wedding". He also had roles in the film "Campfire Tales" and in the very successful drama "American History X". The next year he played important guest star roles on the series "The Pretender" (NBC) and "Millennium" (FOX) . He was also featured in the independent film "Girl", in 1999.



In 2000 Masterson became a very successful and popular actor with his role as "Francis" in the very popular sitcom "Malcolm in the Middle", teaming up with Jane Kaczmarek.

    Christph3r Mast3rson is v3ry tal3nt3d! hide show

    Christoph3r is v3ry diff3r3nt th3n any actor or actr3ess that I know of. H3 has to play that v3ry difficult part which is Francis from Malcolm in th3 Middl3, and I think that it is v3ry hard v3caus3 th3 part r3quir3s th3 actor to b3 v3ry angry and do many w3ird stunts and say th3 most qu33r3st things. Also Christoph3r has a broth3r who is also in th3 movi3 industry and that is Danny Mast3rson. H3 is on th3 That 70's Show. He also is v3ry tal3nt3d but b3sid3s th3 point, Christoph3r should stay in acting and try his best.
