    • Chris: (on Wentworth Miller) He's really bright and quite hilarious. We have a lot of laughs, and for me, that's the main thing. It's long days and can be quite demanding in the heat, and he really makes things bounce along.

    • Chris: (on being initiated by the cast of "Prison Break") On the set, if you get anything slightly out of term, they'll call you on it. They're sharp as razors. Keeps you on your toes.

    • Chris: (on leaving "All Saints") It wasn't like I necessarily wanted to leave, but all these things come to an end. And it was Sean's turn. It worked well for the story and I think it also serves my career well to leave now, so it all sort of gelled.

    • Chris: (on his new level of fame after landing the role in "Prison Break") I'm having such a good time. I've been incredibly lucky. If you told me a year ago this was where I would be, I wouldn't have believed it.

    • Chris: (on leaving "All Saints" after his character was killed off) It was sad leaving All Saints because I was leaving a family that had nurtured me and looked after me for a couple of years and at the same time that particular storyline wasn't a surprise to me.

    • Chris: (on the physical demands of doing "Prison Break") I've been pulled through walls, smoked out of rooms, beaten up and shot at! The first couple of days it was a bit of a shock, but I've gotten used to it.

    • Chris: (on adjusting the U.S. culture) It all happened so quickly I was kind of reeling from it a bit. I'm still getting used to the size of food and how much cheese and cream they put on everything in Dallas.

    • Chris: My life has a direction that I am fully in control of. And sometimes (in this industry) you can just lose that control. And if you don't have that perspective, your life can easily get a bit wishy-washy.

    • Chris: (on joining the cast of "Prison Break") I remember the first time Bill Fichtner and I had a scene together. I've seen him in a few movies, from Armageddon to The Perfect Storm and Contact, and suddenly he's on a bunk bed and I'm on a bunk bed and we're doing this scene together. That was a real "pinch me" moment.

    • Chris: (on the cast of "Prison Break") They've been amazing. There isn't one bad egg in the cast. They've really looked after me.

    • Chris: (asked if he's ever googled himself…) Of course I have. I was utterly disappointed with the results. A wise man once said, 'Nothing s so common as the need to be remarkable', and my googling experience assured me of just how unremarkable I really am. That said, I'll probably try again from time to time to see if anything changes.

    • Chris: (how he likes to wind down after a long day on set) Well, I like to settle down with a can of Guinness, catch up with the missus if she's around, then I generally pour what's left of the day's effort into a bit of writing.

    • Chris: (what he misses about England) The pubs, definitely the pubs. I miss the banter with friends and family, which more often than not takes place within the confines of a decent public house. So I miss the pubs.

    • Chris: (on being asked if he ever wanted to be a Doctor like his "All Saints" alter ego, Sean Everleigh) I would rather be a dentist, and I never, ever wanted to be a dentist. I would make a terrible doctor. I'm not nearly bright enough for a start!
