Christopher: What keeps me grounded is nature, my family, my friends and my spirituality. Because those are the things that mean the most to me as opposed to being labeled 'Chris Douglas the actor' or 'Chris Douglas the model'. Those are just tags.
Christopher: [on New York City] I don't feel connected to my spirituality here, but it's something I'm trying to work on. I'm trying to find that balance to a peaceful mind, but at the same time, be able to coexist with concrete.
Christopher: [on being recognized] I can't say that I'm entirely comfortable with the situation of actually being recognized by people. I've always preferred a quiet, simpler life, as opposed to the flamboyant, look at me, do you know who I am sort of life.
Christopher: [on who he would most like to meet] Crazy Horse, because he was one of the last true Lakota warriors, and from the books I've read, he seems like a spiritual person.
