    • For his role in the feature film Spooked Christopher prepared himself by watching scary movies such as The Exorcist and The Shining, even though scary movies had terrified him as a child. He also cut back on the amount he slept, and used the extra night hours to drive alone through the locations in Auckland where the movie was set to get a feel for the loneliness of it.

    • When Christopher's sister Rebecca joined the cast of Shortland Street in 2000, the local media joked that they should change the name of the show to "All in the Family", because Christopher and their sister Katrina were both core cast members as well.
