As you probably know by now, Christy became engaged to her boyfriend Cal in December 2005.

The date of her wedding was set for January 2007.

However, Christy announced in May 2006 that she has broken off her engagement. It was mentioned in a chat with Christy on May 31.
The broken engagement was also mentioned in early October in the Milford Mirror.

I don't know why Christy broke off her engagement. The reason for the break-up wasn't mentioned.
