"Not Now I'm Busy"
Clifford, T-Bone and Cleo are playing "Super T-Bone" at the docks. T-Bone is "Super T-Bone" and he's telling Cleo about how he's going to foil her evil scheme. Well, he's trying to, but everytime either he or Cleo try to say anything, they get interrupted by the horn of the ferry. They decide to wait until after the ferry comes in to continue playing. The passengers get off the ferry and one of them is K.C. He runs over to greet Cleo, Clifford and T-Bone. However, he tells them that he's too busy to play, he has a job to do and goes back over to his owner Bruno's Mom, Mrs. Young. Cleo, Clifford and T-Bone all wonder what job it is that K.C. could be doing. T-Bone thinks that maybe he's a superhero like Super T-Bone, only real. The next day, Clifford, Cleo and T-Bone are playing "Red Light, Green Light." T-Bone's the light and he yells Red Light, but Cleo notices something and runs off. T-Bone threatens her with a ticket, but then goes chasing after her, and finally Clifford decides to go chasing after the both of them. It turns out Cleo saw K.C. and she wants him to play with them, but he's busy with his job. Cleo's annoyed, can his job be more important than playing with them? He's wearing some sort of cape, lending to T-Bone's idea that he could be a superhero. Cleo decides to trail him and has Clifford and T-Bone join in. They observe him at the supermarket and at the park. This doesn't really reveal much and Clifford and T-Bone still think he could be a superhero. Clifford decides that they should just go and ask K.C. what his job is. They do so, but not before Cleo has it out with him. K.C. says that he really was to busy to play with them. Bruno had him trained as an assistance dog and now he helps out Mrs. Young. He demonstrates - Mrs. Young asks him to get a glass of water and he goes into the kitchen and does so. Cleo apologizes. K.C. says that the good thing is that he'll be on Birdwell Island full-time now, so he'll be able to see them more often. However, he can only play with them when it doesn't get in the way of his job. Cleo, Clifford and T-Bone like the assistance dog idea and ask if they could possibly be assistance dogs too. K.C. says they would have to go to the special school, but he can show them one thing they can do. He shows them - helping their owners at the store. We see all of them helping in various ways. T-Bone has some groceries in tow and Mrs. Diller thanks Cleo for guarding her groceries.moreless
