Colby O'Donis: (When asked about his favorite spot to perform) I generally don't have a specific spot that I love most, every place that I perform so far has its own little thing about it that I love so much, but every place I preformed I can say this, the girls definitely been right at these places.
Colby: (Asked if those who rejected him are now giving him attention) Oh of course, not only from girls but people in general. There was so many people that wouldn't care to call me or care about what I was trying to do and would put me down saying I couldn't do it and now they would call. I'm a nice guy so I would still talk to them, but like they say keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
Colby O'Donis: (About Akon and his new single "What You Got) It's crazy because, for one, with "What You Got," the song, we actually did that on a studio bus in Canada. It was on a bus, we were on the road, we were on the highway when we made "What You Got." He did it in ten minutes, the whole song. Like, literally, he made it so fast I was like, "Wow..." He knocked it out like that. Akon calls me his little prodigy, his secret weapon prodigy, he likes to call me that all the time. He actually teaches me a lot.
Colby: I'm so thankful to have such supportive parents as well as a sister who helped to pay for my guitar lessons, which is a big part of what I do.
Colby: We've recorded so many songs for this project-maybe forty or so-it was hard to get it down to a manageable number. The writing process has been so much fun, and it has been great working with Akon. On the real, he is a very humble guy.
