Does anyone have any ideas on what changes Conan will make when he does the Tonight Show? Has anyone heard anything or perhaps you may have an opinion on what you think he should change? I've heard him say a couple of times that he assumes he will have to leave New York and move to LA.

- i had a dream he wouldn't because he didn't want to leave his family behind.
not sure if he'd move or not. he's got all his family in new york. and mass. and a house in conn.
though i live in cali and it'd be nice to be able to drive to his show...
