    I heard she was going to star as Jane in the next Twilight movie "New Moon". Does anyone know if it is true? Discuss it here.

    Yep, it has been confirmed. I really hoped it wouldn't be her though, just because they keep giving her these darker roles and I would really prefer the Twilight characters to stay as unknown people, and Fanning is certainly known!

    Well back when I was 100% obsessed with Twilight, people were talking about casting the Volturi in NM and someone suggested Dakota, so I think she has the fans support (or most of it) I think she'll do great. As she get's older, she just evolves into more mature roles.
