  • Mesmerizing, Electrifying, Dazzling - these words do not even begin to illustrate the vast wells of talent that Dan brings to the stage.

Dan is one of the true originals, a colossus amongst mortals with a razor sharp wit and an eclectic mix of frenzied dance styles. Dan proves that at least one person has not forgotten the traditions of show-business: He is sure to be regarded as one of our nation\'s most trusted song-and-dance men. I agree that his dog impersonations are second to none, however I would hope that his skills as an imitator of canines does not distract us all from the full range of skills this man brings to the performing arts. Oh dan, please sing for me again!
  • Dan is one of the most talented dog impersonators I've ever had the pleasure to work with. His Chocolate Labrador is near-perfect, whilst his Jack Russell is breathtaking.

When I first met Dan in Italy after the war, he was still a young man obsessed with all the things young men habitually focus on, and was eating more ham than many would consider healthy. But after a brief period of time 'off-the-rails', he matured into the powerhouse all-rounder we all know and love. His work as 'Window Washer' in the classic HSB episode 'Hill of Beans' had me reaching for the kleenex.

Dan: I look forward to working with you again soon. Are you sure I can't tempt you onto my adaptation of 'The Scottish Play' for canines?
