Daniel Baldwin

Daniel admitted to first using cocaine in 1989, while filming Sydney.

Daniel pled 'Not Guilty' in an Orange County courtroom on February 20, 2007, to charges of unlawfully taking a car and receiving stolen property. Baldwin claims that he borrowed the vehicle in question, a 2003 GMC Yukon, and actually drove the vehicle to court with the car's owner, Ken Smith as his passenger.

Daniel was arrested on November 7th, 2006 at a motel in Los Angeles for grand theft auto. He stole a car equipped with 'On-Star', and was tracked by Police to his motel room, and observed entering the stolen vehicle. A search of his motel room added drug charges to the arrest, when Police found his narcotics and paraphernalia. He was booked in the Santa Monica jail with a bail set at $20,000.00
