Hannah narrowly avoided being sold as a sex slave in Las Vegas in the late 1970s. She was studying in Los Angeles when she was offered the chance to model for an album cover in Las Vegas by a girl she met at the grocery store. She soon realized the modeling trip was a scam and that she was about to be forced into a sex slave ring. Hannah and another girl escaped out a window and fled.
