Hi there! I'm Jay and I am the Editor here which means I'm the big bad guy that has to make everyone behave--those of you that know me are really having fun laughing at that aren't you?

It's simple. Read the rules that are set by TV.com and follow them. As Editor I am supposed to keep peace, love and harmony in this forum and that's all I want to do. Make sure that this is a fun place for all David Duchovny fans while at the same time enforcing the few not so bad rules that I have had set upon me by the greatest Mods on the net here at TV.Com.

My biggest request is that you just PLEASE read the rules. They are posted in the Welcome thread here. Once you've read them and have any questions, please ask. You'll find I'm not hard to get along with and will allow as much as I can without getting ME in trouble.

On the mean side...I do NOT tolerate flaming of other users FOR ANY REASON. This is the David Duchovny forum and we'll stick to our topic, but if we have Robert Patrick, Gillian Anderson, Mitch Peleggi, Nick Lea, Tea Leoni etc etc fans that drop in from time to time and want to have joint discussions I will not stand for bashing and flamming. I DO NOT tolerate bashing of Gillian or Tea. If you don't like them you can say so but don't go into bashing them constantly. I will lock and or delete threads intended for these purposes and I will ban users from the forums that continuously break these rules.

Watch the language! Check out the rules about getting around the censorship. I know, I'm guilty of it in the past and I don't mind an occasional he** or a** but don't go past that.

I don't mind discussion of FanFics and Papparazzi sites, just DO NOT POST LINKS to pap sites and any FanFics over a PG rating. Take it to PMs please.

Also, CHECK ALL PAGES OF POSTS before starting a new thread to avoid posting about the same topic over and over.

Okay---with all of that said--- you may now throw rotten tomatoes at me.
