David (on getting up early for Sunrise): Sunrise is the world's best job, so you never complain about the early starts. I must admit it is a bit difficult getting up in winter, but when the show starts, the adrenaline kicks in and the three hours go in a flash.

David (on being called Kochie): It's the Aussie way. But to family and friends, it's always been Dave.
