    David Lee Smith role in CSI Miami is IAB Agent Rick Stetler who dislike Horatio Caine, CSI Miami supervisor down to his heart. He's planning to break Horatio's team piece by peice but Horatio is better than him. In conclusion IAB Agent Rick Stetler is crap, sucks and rotten to core as well as he doesn't know how to investigate probally and love criminals and believe in criminals words against Horatió Caine CSI Team. Once he tried to arrest Eric Delko but unsuccesful because everyone in Miami Dade Crime Lab inclufing Calliegh has him as well. He too tried to bring down Horatio in After the Fall(S3E10) by taking a suspect statement into account who syas that Horatio use brutality force on him which Horatio never did. But Calliegh proves him wrong. So Horatio tells Rick off the Rule No. 1 never mess with Calliegh
