I'm sure that you all know David Schramm as Roy Biggins on the NBC sitcom, Wings. But did you also know that he studied at Juilliard along with Kevin Kline, Patti LuPone and David Ogden Stiers, all members of the first acting class established by John Houseman. Schramm was the founding member of "The Acting Company" and made his Broadway debut Bedroom Farce. He also appeared on Another World and has guest starred on numerous television series. In addition, he has had leading roles in The Time Of Your Life and the musical, The Cradle Will Rock, both for PBS. In 1983 Schramm played Robert McNamara in Kennedy miniseries (NBC). In 1989 he appeared in feature films Let It Ride and Johnny Handsome. Then in 1990 he had his television series debut as a regular, playing the father of Tess (Sandra Bullock) in the short-lived NBC sitcom Working Girl. Following that, David pleased us all by playing Roy Biggins on the NBC sitcom Wings until 1997, when the show ended.
