Chaunce Hayden: Did Playboy ever offer you money to pose nude?
Debbie: Oh, God! Yes, about three times. It got the point where my agent called and said, "Debbie, it's Playboy again. What do you want to do?" And I told him, " I don't even want to know how much, because I might say yes." I started to think, "Why should I be ashamed of what God gave me?"
Chaunce Hayden: What stopped you?
Debbie: My father. I know that sounds like I'm such a little girl, but I couldn't do it. I don't have a problem with nudity at all. I mean, I grew up in Greece, where there's nude beaches everywhere. But the thought of my father and mother having to face their friends made me sick to my stomach.

Debbie: Star was very demanding. When I said she was a diva I meant she felt she needed to be treated like a superstar.

Debbie: When people ask me about the "View" it doesn't annoy me because it was a great amount of my life and I don't want to deny it or forget about it. That experience made me who I am today.
