With two of TV's best parents recently passing away, we pick the television moms and dads that we'd love to be babied by.
Debra Jo Rupp, Debra Jo Rupp is a talented actres. She will probably be remember later in time as playing Kitty on the hit show That 70 shows. She also did other roles such a doing teachers pet. Although she has done other roles to me she will be remember as Kitty
Debra Jo Rupp has played many roles, but is probably most famous for playing Kitty Forman on That 70s Show. This review is based mostly on that role. Kitty Forman was the perfect mom; she cared, but she was realistic as well, and knew the kind of things that kids got up to. She allowed her kids some leeway, but not too much. She had her faults as well, but she seemed like a real person. Debra Jo played this role extremely well, and the chemistry that she had with co-star Kurtwood Smith made them seem like they really were a couple who'd been married for 25 years.
It was unfortunate that the writers of the show decided to change her character, but Debra Jo handled those changes well, and continued to act even though they turned Kitty into a pill popping alcoholic.
I've seen her in other roles as well, and she always does well. She has good comedic timing, and is believeable in all the roles she plays. She's a talented actress.
