Dennis: (firing back after ex-wife Meg Ryan spoke out publicly on his alleged infidelity) It was eight years ago, and I find it unbelievable that Meg continues publicly to rehash and rewrite the story of our relationship. Also, I find it regrettable that our son, Jack (16), has to be reminded in a public way of the turmoil and pain that every child feels in a divorce.

Dennis: (after his baby twins were healthy) Their progress and their development appears to be completely normal -- aside from being a Quaid. It's the greatest thing to hold those kids and see their faces because we had a happy ending. It's great to be a normal dad with the normal problems of not having enough hands for both of them.

Dennis (concerning his son's operation): They were working on Boone, whose belly button would not stop bleeding, and while they were trying to ... clamp it, blood squirted across the room about six feet and landed on the wall. It was blood everywhere.
