Born on November 23, 1959 in Santa Monica (California), Dominique Dunne was the daughter of writer and former film producer Dominick Dunne and the sister of actor/ director/ producer Griffin Dunne. She went to several boarding schools before she graduated from Fountain Valley Highschool (Colorado) in 1977. Her role in the Spielberg horror classic was, as some say, underdeveloped, but through it all, this amazing actress brought us more than could've been expected from the standards by which the role was written. Dominique Dunne was a force of talent in the entertainment business. She was a hard worker, and a perfect example of what it means to be dedicated to such a craft as performing.
