Dorothy began her television career in 1995 with a small co-starring role on Matlock, but can often be found on the stage, where she has taken part in such performances as Hedda Gabler, Shadowlands, Les Liaisons Dangereuses and Sweet Bird of Youth. She has studied under Jeff Knowles and Sherry Landrum of the New Actors Workshop, Jeff Storer of Manbites Dog Theater, and Fred Gorelick of NYU.
