Duff Goldman feels he was born to be a chef. After almost cutting off his pinky while tinkering with a pumpkin, he knew that culinary school was in his future.
By following in his mother's artistic footsteps, Duff was first a graffiti artist in Baltimore before going to Napa, Valley, CA to study pastry at the Culinary Institute of America.
After serving as the Executive Pastry Chef of the Vail Cascade Hotel in Colorado, Duff came back home to Baltimore to fulfill his dream of opening his own shop - Charm City Cakes - in 2000.
Apart from the baking industry, Duff is an avid musician, and dabbles in sculpting and other arts.
