Eddie Kaye Thomas

Eddie: Most people, if they recognize me, 'Stifler's mom' are the first two words out of their mouths. It's as if that was my name. So I feel like, strangely enough, I've become her.

Eddie: (on his birthday fallin on Halloween) I think it's awesome. It's kinda like there's always a party going on anyway. You don't have to plan your birthday too much, because the whole world's having a party.

Eddie: (on acting alongside Brad Garrett) It's a different feeling [acting with Garrett]. You kinda feel like you're not that tall anymore. You live your life as one of the taller people, and it really changes for you. It's kind of given me an appreciation for the shorter people in the world.

Eddie: (advice to kids who wish to become actors) To never, ever give up. It's a business built on rejection and rejection is just one step closer to acceptance.

Eddie: (on the bachelor party scene in "American Wedding") It was really tough. There was all these breasts flying around and bootie shaking and all these women were naked running around - but I did it because I care about the movie.

Eddie: (on working with the cast of "Dog Sees God") I've been involved with plays before, and you really want to build that trust group-the one you learn about in acting school, with the exercise where you fall back and let somebody catch you.

Eddie: (on seeing an older couple like his on-screen neighbors in "Til Death") I'm terrified I might one day turn into Brad Garrett. It's an absolutely horrific thought. But from the show's point of view, behind all the craziness, there's a great love that they have for each other. That's exciting. I hope people get that from the show. That they're still together, they love each other.

Eddie: (on being seen as a character other than Finch in "American Pie") I've been really lucky because I've gotten to do so many different roles, so its been great. It's definitely the thing I'm most well-known for and the thing I get recognized for but in terms of the work I've gotten to do, I've been really blessed that I've gotten to do a variety of roles.
