    • Edie participates in "Clothes Off Our Back," an annual event that auctions celebrities' clothing and donates proceeds to a number of children's charities.

    • Edie was the last actor cast for the The Sopranos pilot. She arrived up wearing in-line skates to audition for the role of Carmela only days before the episode began shooting. Edie didn't believe she would get the part but the producers offered her the role the very next day.
