This is a man that follows what he wants. His desire is his work. His talent resides in his passion. A man that has the courage to say and act upon his beliefs. Edward Norton is the ultimate self made actor. No one comes close to his level. Righteous and intelligent. He knows what he wants and that what he'll get. They say you can judge a man from his handy work. Looking at some of his work, those words couldn't of being more truthful. Here is to Edward Norton and his successful career as an actor/writer/producer/human being. I wish more of you existed but then again you wouldn't be so valuable.
Edward Norton is one fantastic actor. He has taken on roles that are difficult to carry out but he makes every single role believable. My favourite films starring Edward are American History X ,Fight Club and The Illusionist. I just think that he has done a fantastic job with every film and would love nothing more than to see him in many more films :)
Edward Norton is one of my favorites actors with quite a talent,(an actor with capital A) and very goodlooking. Plus,he speaks japanese fluently ..(that's kinda rare huh) . Anyway, since Primal Fear he impressed me and till now, never disappointed me,doing a great performance in each movie he starred (don't even get me going on Fight Club,American History X or 25th hour, which are living proves for what I said till now). But if you really want to be convinced just watch American History X. That will do . Anyway, I really appreciate him as an actor, love all his movies and hope for the best with future projects.
excellent acting. very consistent. i loved him american history x; even tho he was a skinhead, when he came out of jail, he seemed more vulnerable and accepting. he cared soooo deeply for his brother. in the italian job, he was brilliant; aside from the fact that his mustache was crooked but it was funny. in the red dragon, he OWNED in that movie =) keep it up, if you ever quit acting i'll be in shock lol jkjk

Edward Norton is a rare find. He seems to be a man who follows his desires to get information and emotional thought provoking views across to his audiences. His roles have meaning to him and his performances show his devotion to his craft by the development of even the simplest mannerism that he chooses to give to a character. He brings with him life experiences of travel, languages and other cultures which give him the ability to look at things from many angles. He has an empathy that he carries over from loss in his life that comes through his eyes on screen. He is a life actor who fits no mold and every mold. I admire his talent and outlook on the film industry.
Edward Norton may be one of the best actors of our time. Not only does he take on gritty, tough roles, but he acts them out wonderfully. From the "25th Hour" to "Fight Club" to "American History X," Norton delivers stellar performances that actually make you feel as though you are livivng as his character.
He's been called one of the best actors of his generation, possibly of all time. I back that statement up 110%. Actually, I think he's better than that tempermental, non-passionate ass Brando... why? #1: He can and loves to act and #2: He can act circles around anyone. What I really love about him is that he seems to specialize in "dual roles". He contantly plays mentally unstable or even challenged characters who may not always be what they first appear to be. That is utterly fasinating! I first saw him on TV in the movie "Primal Fear" and I immeadiatley fell in love. I think you will too. It's a shame he was snubbed the Oscar (nominated but no win) for that amazing film debut...he really deserved it.
