- Eliza auditioned for the part of Mary Jane Watson in the movie Spider-Man. She got as far as reading with star Tobey Maguire, and part of this audition can be seen on the DVD special features for the film. Ultimately the role went to her Bring It On co-star Kirsten Dunst.
