(On what Elizabeth would do had she not gone into acting)
Elizabeth: I work with a charity right now, and I really enjoy that. I really enjoy putting together functions and raising money for children. That's phenomenal, that's been a lot of fun, I think I would really love to do that.
Elizabeth: I love being in front of the camera. I give directors credit - there's so much to take into consideration, it's really intimidating to me. I don't think I'd want to direct, but I love writing and I love acting.
(On the Buffy the Vampire Episode 'Gingerbread')
Elizabeth: It was kind of funny, because the day that they put me on the pyre was my birthday. So they said I was a human candle, and when they lit the candle everybody sang 'Happy Birthday' to me.
Elizabeth: It's always more fun to play a bad person. Those characters are always so much more layered.
(On her future plans after leaving Buffy)
Elizabeth: Professionally, just to keep on doing my thing. I love acting. As for my personal life, I intend to savour and appreciate all those wonderful beings that I am choosing to share my life with and perhaps travel a bit more.
(On her feelings about meeting fans.)
Elizabeth: I love it. I find that a lot of people have great ideas, and I wish that some of them could have been incorporated. It's fun, and I like to know the amount of people that it's touched and the facets of the character - it's touched them in different ways.
(On whether her husband is a follower of Buffy.)
Elizabeth: He actually never really followed the show. He came to the convention and he had no idea who anybody was. It just tickled me, it was very funny.
