It's hard to put into words a description of Elizabeth Taylor's acting career. We've known her from National Velvet to The Simpsons, but no one can truely say that we have seen all sides of this woman.
Her personal life, in her latter years has taken more away from her career than she ever put into it during the 40's through the 60's, but she is the last of the great studio women of the last century.
Never one to compromise herself with fantastic scripts, she worked on projects that ran the complete gambit, and people would look up to see what she would do for them next. While Cleopatra may not be the best movie she's ever "acted" in, the chemistry of her and Richard is there, only to be brought out in full force when they teamed together in The Taming of the Shrew - for which she and Richard produced some of the best pieces of broken home-life that Shakespeare put to pen, they were P.E.R.F.E.C.T. together.
While her health problems have left her almost home-bound, she remains, to this day, a woman of intrigue, a woman of beauty, a woman for all the ages to enjoy. She will N.E.V.E.R. be forgotten or scandalized by her children like Joan Crawford, she will be the next Katharine Hepburn, a woman that all of the world will come to know a a force of nature that lives on in film, F.O.R.E.V.E.R!
Just look at the photos of young Elizabeth and Elizabeth of today...stunning beauty remains in that face, those eyes, the talent that is Dame Elizabeth Taylor
