It is a lot easier to like Emma than Miley. Miley is far more impressed with herself and looks down on her costars because she is the big star of the show. You don't get that from Emma. Emma is much cuter and has a sweeter personality. Miley has nothing on Emma for famous relative in that Miley's dad is more or less a has been country singer and Emma's aunt is one of the biggest actresses in the world.

But neither of them can really act to save their lives. Miley can occasionally be funny if she has funny people around her. Emma did good in Nancy Drew but on the show it sounds like she is reading each line. HM is sometimes funny and Unfabulous has funny moments too mostly around the family and friends. So I am pretty much 70-30 in favor of Emma because that ego really kills Miley as someone worth watching for me.
