- In August 2007, Foxy was sentenced to jail for just under a month, after she violated her probation by hitting another woman with her BlackBerry. Foxy was three months pregnant at the time.

- In March 2007, it was revealed that a warrant had been taken out for the arrest of Foxy Brown, after she failed to appear in court to answer battery charges. Foxy was in a Florida beauty supply shop, trying on products in the bathroom. When the owner tried to close the shop, Foxy allegedly threw a tantrum and threw products at the owner, before spitting on him.

- In February 2007, Foxy was arrested jailed overnight for battery and obstruction of justice. The crime took place at the Pembroke Pines beauty-supply shop in Florida. Foxy was held on held on $US1500 ($1910) bail for the two offences.
