Frances Reid has been a welcome visitor in my home for many years. Her longevity as matriarch Alice Horton on Days of Our Lives is a testament that age does not define the person. Whilst her onscreen visits have diminished over recent times, it was extremely pleasing to see that she was involved in a major storyline along with many other characters. I can only hope that Frances may have many more years to grace our TV screens as she is an inspiration to people to show one should never give up at any age.
