  • A great but underrated actor!

First saw Frank in the 1989 movie "Field of Dreams." As he portrayed a younger version of the late, great Burt Lancaster. He also has done great roles and has such a baby face. Though never the lead rarely, he thrived in awesome character acting roles. Just saw him in "Law & Order SVU" playing an arrogant Navy JAG Commander. He is the guy you love to hate. But he played it really well and held his own. He is also known for teaming up with Oliver Stone in "The Doors, Born on the Fourth of July, and JFK." A great underrated actor that deserves more.
