Gale Harold

I have had a crush on Gale Harold ever since I first saw him shirtless on Queer as Folk. If I'd known he was on Desperate Housewives, I would have actually watched it, although to be honest, I'm more of a Tudors, Southland, Heroes type TV viewer. Having said that, I will HAVE to check out Gale on the online episodes of Desp Housewives. In my opinion, he's the sexiest thing on TV. I even watched that show he was on that was kind of a DaVince code ripoff. Didn't care for the show, but I thought his acting was amazing.

I think with Brian Kinney either you love him or you hate him. I wish I had more of his balls and personality in myself. I have some. He must love the sarcastic lines in his script week after week. I think Gale Harold is an excellent actor. I couldn't believe that he is straight in real life. As far as Michael ever ending up with Brian, get real. Michael is so whiny and such a momma's boy. His character is lucky he even got 2 decent relationships. He belongs with Debbie his "mommy". I caught the show in the final season through a friend of mine. I was addicted right away. Mostly due to Brian's character and then the rest of the cast. Now I started watching from season 1 and I'm all caught up. Sooo sad to see the show end. Great show. Missed Gale Harold on DH, wish I would have known. Oh, well. Miss you Brian Kinney. :)

what can i i say i absolutely love gale harold. he is a phenomenal actor who i think can really take on the character he is playing so well that he almost become them. he has to be good being a straight guy and all portraying liberty avenues most promiscuous and sexual charged gay man. i really wish he was in more movies or t.v shows, but i guess nothing can compare to Queer as Folk for him. i know he is going to be on desperate housewives but i really wish he was doing something were he was getting more attention from it then a little part on that. but what can i say even though he's not in much he still is an amazing talented actor.

I have been over seas and just finally got to watch all of Queer as Folk, Gale Harold and Randy Harrison are incredible actors and I would love to see each of them do more on screen.They are both talented and have the looks to compliment them. I saw him in greys anatomy and kept thinking i had seen him before, it had been 5 years since i saw the first few episodes of QAF before going overseas, I ordered the series and got caught up, i couldnt take myself away from it. the seasons couldnt get here soon enough and i definately didnt have enough time off to watch it like i wanted too.. He is a great character actor in everything have seen him in and only wish he was in more movies and shows.

Gale Harold is a truly amazing actor that proves his talent in everything that he does. Not to mention, I think he is probably one of the most gorgeous men I've ever seen. My obvious favorite that he plays is on Queer as Folk as the contraversial character, Brian Kinney. This character is bold, brave, and something that people haven't seen on T.V. yet... but tghey need to. The character, despite his many flaws, is incredibly inspirering. A character like this couldn't have been played better by anyone else other than Gale. He is a gorgeous, amazing actor, that brought Brian Kinney, and all his other characters to life.

I first became familiar with Gale Harold as an actor when I started watching Queer As Folk (U.S.) in its third season, and I have to say that I've been a huge fan of his ever since. Gale is so talented, and I love that he's not affraid to take on bold and controversial roles. I also loved him in Vanished, and I was so mad when they killed his character off since he was the reason that I decided to watch the show in the first place. I also happen to think that he's extremely good looking, but don't get me wrong Gale isn't just some hot guy who's whole acting career is riding on his looks. He really is an extremely talented actor, and I really hope that Gale Harold goes on to achieve great things with his acting career.

I think Gale is very hot and is one of the best actors to come around in a long time. He is very passionate about what he does and it comes across in his work. He blurs the lines of reality and fanasty so you think you are actually watching his life not a tv show. He is someone who looks just as good in a suit or jeans and shirts as in nothing at all.

This human being is as good as it gets. He is hot, sexy, gorgeous and hansome all rolled into one. I have not seen any of his other work but am addicted to Queer as Folks. He is the main reason I got hooked. Now I know I said how hot he was but his acting is just as important. You can have someone good looking but if the acting sucks it isn't worth watching. I believed in his role so much and fell in love with his character. Too bad he isn't real as I would have loved to meet him.

I've been a "Queer as Folk" fan for a while now and I guess that had to do a lot with the characters of Brian and Justin. Being a cult fan, you eventually get obsessed with actors portraying the characters as well. I have been able to keep up with Randy Harrison's small career, but the same hasn't been said for Gale.



Watching some things he does tends to be uncomfortable. Sometimes it looks as if he walked right off the QAF set and right on to another. Though, sometimes it isn’t that bad. It’s fun to get a visual reminder of one of your favorite people.



So, when I heard Gale was set to star in a new TV series, you have to imagine, I was ecstatic. I knew from previous experiences I would have to suck up the fact he might act, look, or sound like Brian in some way. He did. However, that’s not the point. Before I had a chance to even grasp the show, they killed him off. Why? I’m still not entirely sure. What I am sure about is the fact that “Vanished” lost a lot of fans. Talking on forums and other boards, I had realized a lot of fans of the show only watched because they were fans of Gale’s or QAF’s.



Which leads me to remember questions about whether or not some sort of spin-off of any QAF character would do well, and yes, especially Brian.



Even though they killed him off, the show never got back viewers. Bad decision on Fox’s part.



I am looking forward to the day Gale, being a brilliant actor, will have the ability to make me forget he was Brian Kinney. I’m also looking forward to any work he might get in the future. I hope another show will be waiting out there for him and he will have his time to shine.

While I have not seen a lot of his work his charm comes through in whatever he does. Especially, as Brian on the innovative Showtime series Queer as Folk. He plays a character who is not always doing the right thing or the nicest thing but you can't help but love him all the time. He can convey emotion with the best of them as well and really make you feel for him with an amazing amount of power and tears. He also has great chemistry with people in general and that is always a great skill to have for any actor.

Everything I\'ve seen him in --- awesome screen presence and acting skills.............he\'s the best! Where has he been all these years? I love his character in VANISHED and I hope the didn\'t kill him off! I will be SOOOOOOOOOOOO bummed as I\'m sure a lot of people will. Gale I NEED you!!!

Since Queer As Folk's last episode, it's been a year when we haven't seen Gale Harold on the screen. It's great to see him again on the stage again in Vanished. Undoubtedly, he's handsome, but it mustn't be the only good point of him. As a matter of fact, he's always been a good actor too, but most of us have been so impressed by his handsome looking and cool character. And now, his appearance in supplied him with a challenge but also a chance to show the other side of him as a experiencing successful actor, but not only a idolized pop star.

I love him and that he isn't just talented and a great actor but also he is very handsome and hope and pray that his new Fox show Vanished does very well as he has that potential if only given the right parts as well as getting noticed!

What can I say about Gale Harold?... He's gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!! I love him! I love the charachter he played in Queer As Folk! I love ways as Brian!! The way he just toys around with people!! I LOVE IT!! I just hope he's not like that in real life! Im a Lesbian but I would turn straight for Gale Harold without thinking twice ;) He has a gorgeous body, very handsome face and a nice thight butt!! I'm wondering though, Is he gay in real life too? I hope he is because I cant imagine him being straight :-S

Gale Harold is hot and Gorgeous he plays a very good player (haha). He can do the whole one night stand but when one comes back, he can do the whole fighting to not fall in love thing. He may try very hard but he doesn't successed.



I think that Gale Harold is one of the best actors of his time. He is dramatic (but not over the top). He is funny and he can flip a switch and turn on the whole sensitive guy thing so well.



He is one of the top actors on my list, and I hope that he well get even better.
