Just before Christmas in 2005, George began experiencing severe shortness of breath. On Christmas day he checked into Cedars Sinai Hospital, and during an 8 day stay he was treated for a lung infection. They also discovered a narrow artery. George underwent Angioplasty, including the replacement of a double Stent. The procedure was a success.
