Rasmussen Reports is a Republican favored poll and they have Bush at 40%. No matter what you say 60% of americans hate Bush. If alot of people think Bush is so great then why did Democrats take back the House and Senate? Clinton had been gone for 9 month when Osama attack us on 9/11. During Clinton time as president he made sure nothing like 9/11 happen and he was successful in doing that. The Clinton administration had began training commandos for a possible ground assault aimed at capturing or killing bin Laden, but abandoned it after failing to get adequate intelligence and support from key countries. He didn't want the strike to be a possible failure and result in a war. "We did everything we could," Clinton has been quoted saying about getting Osama. After Osama had caused 9/11 on Bush's watch Bush had a shot at getting him put failed to. They had him freaking trap in Tora Bora! But Bush a failure he is, failed to get him. Attack Clinton all you want but how can Bush be better than Clinton when Bush himself have NOT caught Osama.
Clinton did do stuff in his 8 years:
Minimum wage Increase, Communications Decency Act, Health care reform, AmeriCorps, etc.
Clinton's presidency included the longest period of economic growth in America's history!

Points:
1) Bill Clinton may not have tried to capture Osama Bin Laden, but that's beside the point. The point is that George Bush tried, AND FAILED, to capture Osama. Instead, after he went hiding in a cave, what did baby Bush do? He basically gave up and said, "let's go take over Iraq!" You criticise Clinton for giving up, but what has Bush done?
2) I suppose God also supports closing doors for minorities, denying gays the basic human right of marriage and abusing women who make the CHOICE to abort? I am not religious by any stretch of the imagination (in fact I am agnostic), but I have done some Bible study and spoken to a close family friend who is a priest. He told me that there is NOTHING in the Bible that supports racism, sexism or homophobia. And yes, the Bible may be against killing fetuses, but that refers to killing in general. You guys are happy to abuse and bully women who try to abort, yet you turn a blind eye to your president killing thousands of Iarqis and allowing thousands more to be killed, along with thousands of your own youth!
3) Most of you Americans don't understand WHY the terrorists attacked in the first place. Whenever someonme tries to say that maybe they attacked for a reason, they immediately get shot down and called names for "trying to justify 9/11". There is a difference between justification and explaination, which you don't seem to get. If you don't try to understand WHY they did it in the first place, then you are basically f**ed. Osama bin Laden did not wake up a few months before 9/11 and say "right, I'm tired of being a spoilt little rich boy. I'm gonna do something evil. i am going to destroy the Twin Towers! Mwahahahaha!" Nor am I gay I'm a middle class straight white American female of Irish, Italian, and Serbian descent. And just to annoy you further, I'm pro choice (however, I do agree with you somewhat on the "if you don't want a baby don't have sex" part. It's the safest choice--obviously) and I'm all for gay marriage. If you are gay or lesbian (which, by the way, is not a "choice" as many overzealous Christians like to think of it as), you think you should continuously pray to God; for what? Being who you are?
