Since I live in Holland we don't get it here and I'd really (and really is a huge understatement here 
) like to get my hands on it, even if that means in PDF form. So, does anyone by chance has it and is also willing to make a nice scan or something from it? That would also be greatly (greatly also being a huge understatement ) appreciated!
