Kirby Grant (Sky King ) and Gloria Winters (penny) of the Sky King Television series that was shown back in the 50s were a true inspiration to all us kids who watched the series. Many of those kids grew up to be pilots, many went into Law Enforcement... because Sky and Penny were always helping their neighbors and others in trouble or in danger. I admired them for their level of professionalism, good taste, and in stirring the desire for kids to want to make something of themselves. I have watched many other series that played, but, 'Sky King' set the standard. I wish to thank 'Penny' for being there for all us kids. Frank -------------------------------------------
