  • Quotes

    • Gordon: When a virgin blushes, she already knows too much.

    • Gordon: (describing himself) I'm a very slow learner, I'm a stubborn person. I'm a romantic, and I can be very unrealistic. I need to be bashed over the head a few times.

    • Gordon: I got very lucky with Dynasty. It is very nice not to have to worry about money. Money is the root of all evil in many ways, and the cause of most stress. You can't enjoy life when you are worrying about the rent.

    • Gordon: I think we all have a dark side to us. I find that I can't trust sunny-natured people, people who are constantly sunny. I think that's major denial.

    • Gordon: (on his lawsuit against Aaron Spelling Productions in the 90s) It's the last thing I wanted to do, but I realized that in order to protect myself, I had to.

    • Gordon: I'm not blazingly gifted like Leonardo DiCaprio is.

    • Gordon: I like to work hard. I like to work intensely. I like the pace and the pressure of daytime. What I don't like is that we still don't get the respect I think we're due. There are some extremely good actors working in daytime. The only drawback is that when you have a good day, there's no time to sit back and say, 'Look at what we've accomplished.'
