Grant Bowler, best known for his appearances in the Australian shows The Mole, Always Greener, All Saints and narrating Border Security, as well as starring in the New Zealand show Outrageous Fortune, has now been cast as a recurring character in the hugely popular American show Lost.
Grant is playing the part of Captain Gault, the mysterious captain of the ship anchored off the coast of the island. His first appearance was in tonight's episode "Ji Yeon" (episode 7 of the fourth season). Having seen that episode, I must say he was terrifyingly good. What did everyone else think of his performance? Is he well suited to the role? I personally think that he fits right in in the show, and it will be great for him as an actor to have Lost appear in his credits.
