Trivia and Quotes

  • Quotes

    • Gregory: I am not a morning person. I don't have a cell phone. I don't cook. I drive an old Camaro that I got when I was 16. And I've been known to do stupid things with my time, like Friendster.

    • Gregory: When I was 14 months old, I was in a Tide detergent commercial. You know the kind, where they show a baby's bottom? But I never saw it.

    • Gregory: I grew up in Vancouver. I`m a skier. I`ve skied all my life.

    • Gregory: When it comes to shooting, the hardest part is waking up early.

    • Gregory: I'm kinda like a big dork, so I'm always using cheesy pickup lines. But if you can make them laugh, well...

    • Gregory: I just kind of surround myself with stuff. I'll buy a couple things [the character would wear] and I'll start wearing that. In the weeks leading up, I'll start writing things from his point of view and slowly try to find exactly what the voice is, so by the time you're on set, the voice is very natural.

    • Gregory: I like girls with a sense of humor. You meet people that sometimes you connect with. You have to be attracted to them physically, obviously, but mainly it's if someone gets you or not.

    • Gregory: Normally I'm kind of a loner, but on Everwood we've all got each other's back.

    • Gregory: Be yourself and be unique. Don't conform to the people around you.

    • Gregory: I didn't start off doing my dad's movies or anything. I did it all on my own.

    • Gregory: (on actress Jennifer Connolly) She's probably, like, the prototypical female. She seems smart. I've never met her, but I'm a big fan. She's got everything sort of tied together nicely.

    • Gregory: Since Everwood began, I've got a lot more to do but, other than that, I haven't changed. I still prefer to hang out with my friends and joke around. Work is pretty much all consuming, so my love life is kind of non-existent. There's nothing too glamorous about my life.

  • Ephram (and Everwood) was just the beginning.

Gregory always seemed especially grounded for such a young actor, he seemed to have pride in his work and committed to his craft. Very unlike a lot of young hollywood types. You could see that he had been in the business, been acting from a very young age and he seemed to take a lot away from it. A mark of a true lasting talent. He was also a great talent on Everwood and even though it was an ensemble show as Ephram Gregory stole the show at every turn the role suited him perfectly and he took to it like a true proffessional. But I always felt that his role on Everwood was just the beginning, is just the beginning of great things from him. Though he hasn't done a lot of work since his time on Everwood I am sure we have not seen the last of him in the least.moreless
