- One time while Heather was walking in Central Park, a cop car pulled up to her and she thought she was in trouble, but the cops ended up giving her a ride home instead.

- Heather loves junk food. She is a huge fan of Taco Bell and anything with hot sauce on it.

- Heather was arrested outside Santa Barbara, CA in September of 2008 on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription drugs. She was later released without having to post bail. After appearing in court in January 2009 Heather was sentenced to three years' informal probation and received a fine of approximately $900. Heather was also ordered to attend a drivers' education program. She pleaded no contest to the reduced charge of reckless driving.
