Holly Hunter

Holly Hunter was born on March 20, 1958 in Conyers, GA and is the youngest of seven children. I enjoyed watching her in the movie Raising Arizona (1987).

She is very talented and I enjoy her banter with the other cops on the show Saving Grace. I hope that this show runs for a long time.She has also produced some of the shows on Saving Grace and that makes her even more talented in my book. She done a great job playing the mother in Thirteen. This was a difficult movie for me to watch because I did not realize there was so much more peer pressure and I had a thirteen year old daughter and it made me more aware of keeping up with who her friends were as well as the parents. Holly Hunter nailed the character of Melanie Freeland and again this role was created just for her in my book.I will have to say it occasionally goes to extremes but is very convincing with great characters in the hands of three actresses all giving great performances.

Holly Hunter was also done well with the movie Home For The Holidays with Robert Downey Jr in 1995. They also had a great director in Jodie Foster.
