Humphrey Bogart

Humphrey Bogart is simply the greatest actor of all time. Never will we see another great actor who brought so much honesty to his roles.



He starred in some of the greatest movies of all time: Casablanca, The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, Key Largo, all classics. He could do anything: Comedy, Drama, etc. He gave us so many great roles almost nobody could touch.



It is such a shame he died so early. He had a great life. Great wife, great career, kids, great house. Whenever someone says "Here's looking at you kid", they are quoting one of his most famous lines. He is so famous; his cigarette style even has something named after it. "Don't Bogart that joint my friend"



Overall; a great actor. One-of-a-kind. Now there's only one thing left to say: "Play it, Sam".

"Here's looking at you kid". One of Bogie's major catch phrases from the immortal "Casablanca", in which he plays his typical role of a cynic with moral codes. Although he stood quite small at five feet eight, his screen presence was larger than life. He played awesome leads in films such as "The Maltese Falcon", "The African Queen", "The Treasure of the Sierra Madre", and a favorite of mine, "High Sierra." He is quite worthy of his recognition as Greatest Actor of all time by the American Film Institute. He was one of a kind and his kind will never be seen again.

Humphrey Bogart can not be praised enough. He is just such a great actor. I loved him as Rink in Casablanca where he came off as this tough bar owner. And yet when he sees Ilsa he shows his sensitive heart broke self. It is amazing he could play both sides of Rick so well. Also Him in Angels with Dirty faces was amazing. Cagney and Bogart are great together. I wish there were more with the two of them in it.

Humphrey Bogart is one of the most classic actors of all time and he has starred in some of cinema's most classic films. If you consider yourself a film buff, but you've never seen a Bogart film, you must go out and rent one or two or three now!

Humphrey Bogart is truley one of the all time greats no one ever will give the movies his class that he gave it one of the true movie stars ever is so sad his life came to a end so soon i wish he could had see how great hewas.
