Does anyone know if Iqbal Theba has a real accent or does he fake it on TV?

Hi, I love to watch Iqbal Theba because I think he is so funny. I was about sixteen when I first saw him in a Sprint commercial with Candice Bergen. Since then I have seen him in all kinds of shows, my favorite being the Friends episode where he plays Joey\'s Doctor....Kidney Stones!!
