Isaac and wife Nicole welcomed their son, Clarke Everett Hanson, on April 3, 2007. Everett weighed 8 lbs, 12 oz. The couple welcomed their second son, James Monroe Hanson on July 1, 2008. Monroe weighed 8 lbs, 11 oz. Both boys were born in Tulsa, OK.

Isaac married his long-term girlfriend, Nicole Dufresne, in October 2006. They were married in a traditional ceremony in Tulsa.
