Jackie Woodburne ahould get more recognition. she should have won the logie for best acctress for neighbours ecspcially in the past 4 years. She has been brilliant in neighbours yet she does not get the reconition.I hope she gets the all time greatest neighbour in the perfet blend. She is one of my top 3 actresses who include Julie Walters Felicity Huffman and her good self. hope fully 2007 will be the year she starts to get some reconition for her work.



She is one of the few female actors who can do comedy and drama excellent. so here is hoping to a good 2007 for Jackie.

Jackie Woodburne is an amazing actress, her work in 'Neighbours' over the past decade has been some of the best in the show's 20 year history. She works best with her on-screen husband (currently ex-husband) Karl (played by Alan Fletcher).

The close relationship between the actors in the Kennedy family on Neighbours has always shown on screen. Jackie Woodburne, who plays Susan is especially remarkable. Her scenes with Alan Fletcher (Karl Kennedy) are always of the highest standard and their technique of 'ad libby overlappy' named after their on screen daughter, Libby (Kym Valentine)[who is also excellent especially in screens with her on screen parents] makes their relationship seem so much more real. Their on screen divorce which co-incided with the actors 10th year on the show provided audiences with scenes of the show's highest standard and they continue to do so, especially in the scenes portraying her ex-husband, Karl's heart attack. Her character, Susan has become more independant since her divorce and even stronger, and Jackie continues to produce absolutely amazing work.
