Jacklyn was born in Englewood, New Jersey.
Jacklyn appeared on the soap opera One Life To Live but is best known for her role of Bobby Spencer on General Hospital.
In 1979 Jacklyn won the Soap Opera Digest Award for Best Villianess. In 1986 she wrote the book Beauty On The Go and gave beauty and fitness tips on ABC’s Home show.
Jacklyn was formerly married to the late disc jockey Murray Kaufman. She is currently married to Glenn Gorden, with whom she has two daughters called Cassidy and Lacey.
